Summary: The hotel is very comfortable, the room is very spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is good, as is the dinner. The staff is very friendly. It met all my requirements. It is close to the city and the airport, with parking for each room.

Summary: Morning front desk staff was very nice and helped us with bus info while afternoon staff was quite rude when asking questions, hotel is veryyy inconveniently located in regards to transportation, one has to take a bus that comes every 30mins to get to metro and then to take the bus back, you have to get dropped off at the bridge across the freeway and cross the freeway to walk over to the hotel

Summary: Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance.
